A checklist before uploading an exam photo or signature
Check image format, live capture and the current application notice.
Locate the current notification
SSC, UPSC and IBPS requirements can differ by recruitment cycle. Read the notification associated with your exact examination and year, especially photo capture methods, pixel sizes, file-size limits and allowed formats.
Choose the correct document type
Photographs and signatures often have different requirements. Some applications require live camera capture and do not accept uploaded or edited photographs in place of the capture step. Do not treat a general-purpose size preset as official.
Check the final file before submitting
Check that the final JPG is clear, correctly aligned, and meets the specific byte and pixel limits. Upload the final image only through the official examination portal, and preview the application before submitting.
